IronKey USB devices do not work with the GFI EndPointSecurity agent running. The Authentication fails when the user connects IronKey USB devices to the computer.

Information

The issue is the known issue, and future updates resolve it. It is advised to Enable auto-updates, as updating the product will solve the error.
