Overview

In the Logs Browser under Activity section,  no logs show up, though the event count is visible at the top.

Environment

• GFI EndPointSecurity
• All Supported Environments

Root Cause

The stored procedure needed to retrieve events from the database is missing.

Resolution

1. Open the Microsoft SQL Server Management Console and connect to the database engine.

2. Under the EndPointSecurity database, expand Programmability > Stored Procedures.

3. Check if dbo.Paging_Cursor exists.

4. If the stored procedure is missing, contact GFI Support.
