Some anti-virus agents can be incompatible with EndPointSecurity agent. They are the following:

• Symantec Endpoint Protection 
• Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10
• VIPRE Business Premium 7 agent

Root Cause

The anti-virus agents are using drivers that are interfering with the EndPointSecurity agent functionality.

Resolution

Uninstall the anti-virus agents.
