This article provides information related to the deployment of GFI EndPointSecurity agent on a virtual machine.

Information

The GFI EndPointSecurity agent can be installed on virtual machines. However, controlling access to ports and devices on the local machine requires mapping of ports and may not work in all situations.

GFI does not support control of devices on "Thin-Client" hosted virtual machines at this time.
