Used with both versions. Web GUI (Graphic User Interface) listens on 127.0.0.1:1007 only. Accessible directly only from the local machine. Remote connections to the console must be made to the proxy port.

• Stand-alone Proxy Version. It is used for publishing the WPAD.dat (Web Proxy Auto Detection settings) when WPAD is selected in the Proxy Settings page
• ISA/TMG Version. ISA may be configured to use this port for publishing the WPAD.dat. It also may be used to receive web requests for NAT clients that do not have their proxy settings set.

• Stand-alone Proxy Version. The default port used by GFI Proxy in the Standalone Proxy version. It can be changed from the Proxy Settings' configuration page in the WebMonitor Console.
• ISA/TMG Version. The default port ISA/TMG uses for its proxy server. It can be changed in the ISA/TMG Administration Console.

The WebMonitor Agent is updated via this port when the agent machine is on the same network.
