How to Identify

GFI Webmonitor 2015 changed the module that is used to count the users. It does not take into consideration the registry keys to exclude users or the whitelist. Instead, now under licensing, there is a box where the administrator can add exceptions to the licensing. Users or IPs that are added to that list will be excluded from counting in as webmonitor users, they will also not be monitored or protected. Please, inform the clients that in the version 2015 users continue to be monitored and protected even when the count goes above the license limit. It is going to be fixed in the next service release

Add users to the new exception list under configuration>licensing
