How to Identify

TLS 1.1 and 1.2 does not work with GFI WebMonitor. When trying to access sites that use TLS 1.1 or 1.2, GFI WebMonitor will try to recreate the connection using TLS 1.0 TLS 1.1 and 1.2 relies on .NET 4.5, but GFI WebMonitor uses .NET 4.0 because of compatibility issues with Windows Server 2003 installations. If a site does not accept the connection using TLS 1.0, the connection cannot be completed.

Workaround / Fix Details

A patch can be provided in a one to one basis for clients with this need. Client will need to install .NET 4.5 on the GFI WebMonitor server.
