Overview

While trying to edit the configuration, the following error message is displayed:

Error: The pipe endpoint 'net.pipe://localhost/webmon/authorizationsettings' could not be found on your local machine.

Note: The path of the net.pipe can vary according to the page being edited.

Environment

• GFI WebMonitor
• All supported environments

Root Cause

This error will occur if the GFI WebMonitor interface is open and the GFI WebMonitor Core service stops.

Resolution

Close the interface and restart the services.
