Overview

When trying to open a webpage, the following error message will be displayed in the web browser:

GFI WebMonitor Proxy error: The web server cannot be contacted

It may eventually open if the users continue to refresh the screen. In the logs.txt file, you should find the following error:

Logs.txt: WARNING: could not send the data to the server. Server not found. Ending this dialog.

This issue is fixed in the Service Release 1 (Build-20141121).
