PROBLEM

When entering the administrator username for the admin credentials, the error 'Unknown user <username> will be displayed upon clicking next.

SOLUTION

Enter the administrator credentials in the format domain\username.

CAUSE

GFI WebMonitor will look for a local user, if domain name is not explicitly entered.
