Problem Summary

After restarting the GFI WebMonitor services the webgrade categorizations work correctly for a few minutes then all sites are categorized as 'Unknown'.

How to Identify

1. All sites are categorized as 'Unknown' under Settings > Web Categorization > Lookup website 2. Restart the GFI WebMonitor services and check again 3. Website categorizations return correct results for ~2min but then all lookups fail again Applies to ISA/TMG version only

Workaround / Fix Details

1. Ensure that the Firewall rules that WebMon creates during the installation ("GFI WebMonitor GUI Access" and "GFI WebMonitor Updates Access") are on the top of the list (above all other rules) 2.Implement the change referenced in Forcing Clients to Authenticate in Microsoft Forefront 2010

Required Actions

1. Verify the "How to Identify" conditions apply 2. Apply Fix 3. If issue still occurs after applying Fix escalate without troubleshooter files to PSG
