Configuring Additional SIP Interface Details in Kerio Operator

Overview

This article provides the steps to set additional settings in Kerio Operator's interface for incoming and outgoing calls. This procedure is helpful when administrators want to define additional parameters for the SIP configuration.

Process

  1. In Kerio Operator's administration interface, navigate to Configuration > Call Routing > Interfaces and routing of incoming calls.

  2. Select the SIP interface and click Edit.

  3. On the SIP Details tab, configure the following options:

    1. Enter the addresses to the Outbound Proxy, Inbound Proxy, and Registrar (Kerio Operator uses domain by default).

    2. Change the transport protocol.

    3. Change the DTMF method.

    4. Enter an authentication username (Kerio Operator uses the SIP username by default).

    5. Change the Outgoing headers.

  4. Click OK to save the changes.
