Overview

Kerio Operator can send all incoming faxes to a single email address, in case it is required for monitoring purposes, or in cases where administrators want to limit centrally manage all faxes. This article provides the steps to receive all faxes in a specific email address in Kerio  Operator.

Process

1. Log in to Kerio Operator's administration interface.
2. Go to PBX Services.
3. Open Receive fax messages.
4. Type the email address in the 'Send received faxes by email to' field.
5. Click Close.

Confirmation

Kerio Operator now sends all incoming fax messages to the specified email address.
