By default FaxxMaker does not provide any detailed error description for a print failure by the auto print module.

Workaround / Fix Details

1. Stop both FaxMaker services 2. Browse to FaxMaker root folder a. Rename repprint.dll to repprint.dll.old b. Move the file outside of the FaxMaker root folder to another location of your choice c. Copy the troubleshooting patch into the FaxMaker root folder 3. Start both FaxMaker services

Escalate the case to PSG who will apply the troubleshooting patch on case by case basis
