PROBLEM

When attempting to select one or more recipients from the GFI FaxMaker Fax message form, the Microsoft Outlook address book does not show up.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI FaxMaker
• all supported environments

SOLUTION

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on Tools and select Services
3. Make sure that the Microsoft Outlook address book service is installed
4. Right click on the Contacts icon and select Properties
5. Select the ‘Outlook Address Book' tab
6. Enable the 'Show this folder as an e-mail address book' checkbox
7. Type a name for the address book

CAUSE

The Microsoft Outlook address book service must be installed and the contact list must be available as an email address book.
