Recreate the NetPrintQueue2Fax Printer

Overview

The customer wants to recreate the NetPrintQueue2Fax printer on the GFI FaxMaker server. This article provides the steps to recreate the NetPrintQueue2Fax printer.

 

Environment

  • GFI FaxMaker.
  • All supported environments.

 

Process

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
  2. Restart the Printer Spooler service.
  3. Browse to the GFI FaxMaker installation folder.
  4. Double click the batch file called npq2fprinter_install.cmd.
