Exinda CLI: Telnet

Overview

This article provides information regarding the use of the telnet-server command. This command is used to enable the Telnet server and as well as to restrict network objects from accessing it.

NOTE:
 The following syntax convention is used:
  • {}: Options are enclosed in braces and are separated by '|'.
  • []: Optional keywords are enclosed in brackets.
  • <>: User input is required where variables are enclosed in greater-than and less-than symbols.

The following table describes the commands used for performing common actions related to telnet

To enable the Telnet server

[no] telnet-server enable

To restrict a network object from accessing the Telnet server

[no] telnet-server restrict <network-object>
