Overview

Virtual Exinda's hard drive is going offline and crashing with the following errors logged in the dmesg file:

Root Cause

This error is caused by a hard drive issue on the hypervisor that is hosting the virtual Exinda.

Resolution

To resolve this, you have to address the hard drive issue on the hypervisor and redeploy the virtual Exinda.
