The Reporting is very slow due to the lookup time it takes to confirm the email address is not a duplicate.

How to Identify

The MSMQ queues are backing up, it takes a long time for entries to be written to the SQL database.

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply the below patch. http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140308/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140507_1477.zip
