Overview

When the Anti-Spam Synchronization is enabled, the autowhitelist.mdb file grows rapidly until it reaches the 2GB limit and becomes unusable. This article describes the process to follow in order to resolve this.

Process

Perform a Compact and Repair of the database and upgrade to the latest build of GFI MailEssentials 2015 or later.
