Departments Are Not Displaying the Correct Users

Overview

When adding users to a department in FaxMaker Online, they do not display correctly under the departments tab.

Symptoms

When you add a user, the user's tab shows them correctly in the department to which they were added: On the department tab, the user does not show under the selected department: If you log into the Concord portal at concordfax.com -you can see the users displayed in their correct departments.

 

Resolution

There is no workaround at this time The case is currently being reviewed by development.

 

Required Actions

Verify the issue is present and escalate the case.
