Problem Summary

When installing the EndPointSecurity 5 (2012) report pack, even though you choose a installation other than C:, it installs to the C: drive path.

How to Identify

The entry in the registry Path is for the chosen directory (not C:). Consequently, when the Report Center is opened, the report pack is not listed under the 'Products' dropdown selection. Workaround / Fix Details

Make sure the following registry keys list the correct path to the installation directory of the Report Pack product: 64-bit Operating System: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GFI\ReportCenter\V3.5\ReportPacks\\Path 32-bit Operating System: HKLM\SOFTWARE\GFI\ReportCenter\V3.5\ReportPacks\\Path
