Unknown user message when trying to revert back to local user

How to Identify

During the Post-Install wizard, if the user try to add a local user in the server he gets a message that the user is unknown This apply only with this specific scenario: 1. User is upgrading from GFI WebMonitor 2015 SR1 to GFI WebMonitor 2015 SR2 2. Client have previously the service running under an domain admin account

Workaround / Fix Details

Add the machine name before the user name like: PC0001\Administrator

Required Actions

Apply the workaround and attached article in the case at closure. The issue will be fixed on version 2016.
