Problem Summary

Client cannot transfer file via www.wetransfer.com using GFI Webmonitor proxy - the file goes up to around 5 Mb transfer and then restart. The limit seems to be on the file size. A file with 10 Mb will be up to 50%, etc

How to Identify

Client cannot transfer file via www.wetransfer.com - the file goes up to around 5 Mb transfer and then restart. Disabling https the transfer will be completed fine WebMonReporting.log is showing: 07,14:05:15,801,#00001958,"INFO ","WebMonReporting","ReportAccess: Username: [XXXXXXXXXXXX\\yyyyyyyyy], ClientIP: [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx], Site: [assets.wetransfer.net:443], BytesIn: [0-0], BytesOut[526-526] HTTPRequest:5, HTTPResponse:0"

Workaround / Fix Details

Disable https Bypass the proxy for the site using proxypac.pac exceptions or in the browse properties Upgrade to 2015 or later
