A website, that is normally blocked, can be accessed if opened through Google Translate.

SOLUTION 

The issue is not with translate.google.com, such websites exist and are treated such as proxy websites. There are hundreds other sites that can bypass such protection.

Google groups such as the following give you a site each day:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/daily-web-proxies

Our suggestion is to use web categorization to block all sites that fall under the category such as:

• Proxy Avoidance and Anonymizers
• Translation

The web categorization used in GFI WebMonitor is quite an accurate and comprehensive classification database that should give the administrators the level of confidence and assurance they require. It is also possible to manually add any suggestion to this database by using the following form: http://www.gfi.com/pages/webgrade

Note: GFI WebMonitor is not intended to only block but to monitor and record what users are doing. Company employees should be well aware that all their browsing history is being logged and an administrator can easily see that users are using translate.google.com or similar sites in an abusive manner.

The initial website opened in the browser is allowed.
