Garbled text when trying to opening web pages

When trying to open web page, at random client are getting garbled text instead.

How to Identify
It can happens with different web sites. More than one site can be affected at once. In some cases restarting the services will make the problem to go away for a while. The text showed is totally garbled and random like: n null}do{picked=Math.floor(Math.random()*(max-min+1))+min}while(picked>max);return segments[picked]}window.bbc.Mandolin.Storage=function(name){validateCookieName(name);this._cookieName=name;this._isEnabled=(bbccookies.isAllowed(this._cookieName)===true&&bbccookies.cookiesEnabled()
Workaround / Fix Details
Restarting the services may produce some temporary results Upgrade to 2015 SR3 with all patches
Required Actions
If issue persists after workaround/fix: 1. Stop all the Webmonitor services 2. Delete all existing files in the GFI\WebMonitor\Debuglogs folder 3. Open Regedit (Start > Run > Type 'regedit' and press Enter) 4. Browse to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GFI\Webmonitor] 5. Create a new DWORD called 'extendedlogging' without commas and set value to 0 6. Change the 'debug' dword value from '0' to '2' 7. Restart the services stopped in 1 On the client machine start a wireshark capture and reproduce the issue. Run the troubleshooter tool and collect the logs. NOTE: It is important to delete the extendedlogging key once you finish troubleshooting the issue and reset the debug to 0
