Overview

This article provides instructions to create local user accounts in Kerio Operator, which can be used for logging in to Kerio Phone, linking users with an extension, or setting system access rights.

Process

1. In Kerio Operator's administration interface, navigate to Configuration > Users.

2. Click on the Add button. The Add User window opens.

3. On the General tab, type the username and password for the new user in the appropriate fields.

   Note: The username must not contain spaces, diacritics, or special symbols.

4. Click OK.

Confirmation

The user account now appears in the Users section.
