This article will describe the process of adding video codecs for any interface in Kerio Operator, which can be helpful when experiencing video issues.

Process

Warning: Interfaces must have the same codecs as all extensions participating in a video call.

1. In the Administration interface, navigate to Configuration > Call Routing > Interfaces and routing of incoming calls.
2. Select an interface and click on Edit. The Edit External Interface dialog box opens.
3. Go to the Codecs tab.
4. Select a codec and click on Add to insert the codec in the Selected codecs list.
5. Click on OK to save your settings.

Confirmation

Once the settings are saved, the video codec will be added to the interface.
