Overview

This article provides the steps to block fax spam or junk faxes.

Process 

1. Locate problem number on the fax (if a number is listed).
2. Open GFI FaxMaker configuration > Advanced > Junk Fax Filter > Properties.
3. Check the Delete faxes from these FAX CSID's.
4. Add the problem number(s) to the list.
5. If the junk fax arrives with no number to block, check the box to Delete faxes received from fax machines with an empty (or blank) fax CSID.
6. Click OK.
7. Close the GFI FaxMaker configuration.
8. Restart the GFI FaxMaker services.
