How to Identify
The following error is encountered when trying to run a backup job: -Cannot create a virtual volume image of the selected drive. --Error E0020002: Device \\?\SymantecSnapshot0 cannot be opened. ---Error EBAB03F1: Access is denied. Issue occurs with the following versions: Symantec System Recovery 2010 Symantec System Recovery 2011
