3rd party encrypted devices do not work properly when the ESEC agent is installed

How to Identify
1. ESEC encryption is NOT enabled 2. Customer using a 3rd party encrypted device 3. User is given permission to use the device 4. When plugging in the device it does not work properly, e.g.: - After entering the password for the encrypted device, an error is shown - The device does not show up with the other drives when going to 'Computer' - When plugging in the device, the machine hangs and becomes unusable
