Answer
The GFI EndPointSecurity is able to scan documents for certain keywords. If such keywords are found, GFI EndPointSecurity will block the usage of these files.
To add a new template:
- From GFI EndPointSecurity management console, click the Configuration tab > Protection Policies.
- From the left pane, select the protection policy for which to specify content restrictions.
- From the right pane, click Content awareness in the File control section.
- Click Templates
- Click Add for a new template
The Template Definition options need to be set up accordingly based on dictionaries or regular expressions.
