PROBLEM

YouTube is set to Always Allowed but videos do not load

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI WebMonitor
• all supported environment

SOLUTION

1. Launch Webmonitor Configuration
2. Navigate to Settings > Policies > Always Allowed
3. Add *.youtube.com
4. Add *.googlevideo.com/*
5. Add the IP range of 173.194.36.0-20
6. Apply the changes

CAUSE

YouTube has multiple URL's that it loads the videos from. Whitelisting the IP Range and the extra domains allows the videos to be load without any issue.
