Overview

This article describes the process to follow when the user receives the following error message after opening the console:

Server Cannot Handle Directory Requests

Environment

• GFI WebMonitor
• All supported environments
  
  

Root Cause

Insufficient permissions on the GFI WebMonitor Core Service.

Process

1. Go to Start > Run > Type services.msc
2. Scroll down to the GFI WebMonitor Core service.
3. Change the logon account to a domain administrator account.
4. Restart the service.
