PROBLEM
Illegible coverpage when sending from Lotus Notes to GFI FaxMaker.

SOLUTION
The email format sent by Lotus Notes needs to be in .TXT format. The coverpage from GFI FaxMaker needs to be in .TXT format as well.

- Open the GFI FaxMaker Console
- Right click Coverpages and select Properties
- Open Message body format preference and choose Plain Text > HTML
CAUSE
The email sent by Lotus needs to be in .TXT format and the correct coverpage format need to be used. Otherwise, the coverpage will be illegible.
