Overview

If your phones support multiple calls, you can configure your extensions to reject or redirect additional incoming calls when an extension is already busy with a call. Kerio Operator now handles incoming calls using the configuration set in the Ringing Rules dialog box.

Process

1. In the Administration interface, navigate to Configuration > Users.
2. Select an account and click on Edit. The Edit User dialog box opens.
3. Navigate to Extensions.
4. Select an extension and click on Ringing Rules.
5. Enable the Allow only one incoming call option.
6. Click on OK.

Confirmation

Conduct a test call on that specific extension and verify if the calls are being rejected when the extension number is in use.
